3rd PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST
The Photo contest is open to ANYONE. There are two divisions: OPEN CLASS and 18 YEARS AND UNDER.
Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th places will be awarded in all categories and in both divisions.
Two Champion and two Reserve Champions cash prize will also be awarded in both divisions.
We ask that you try to attend Saturday evening to claim your prizes.
Photos are to be mounted on lightweight cardboard or construction paper. Put your name on the back, Only 1 entry in each category and a photo can only be entered once. The PHOTO MUST BE TAKEN IN THE KARVAL AREA. Enter photos on Friday afternoon April 29 or Saturday April 30 up until 11:00am. Judging will be done after lunch on Saturday. Photo will be displayed after judging.
Photos will be returned to exhibitor within 3 weeks after the Festival.
Each exhibitor agrees to let the Karval Community Alliance use any pictures you enter for promoting the contest or for any advertising in the future.

We still need family history for the Centennial History Book. If you haven’t contacted Katie with your history please do so before April 15, 2011. We need any military information as well. If you graduated or lived around Karval we want to know your military history also. Branch of service, where served, dates, etc. Picture in uniform if possible.
Mary Merewether is taking entries for the “Karval Dam Run” to be held on Saturday morning July 2, 2011 with the Karval Centennial celebration.
